第一次攒机, 装好后开机显示
reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot
device and press a key,
主板boot device led一直亮着, 但是进入bios可以看到硬盘.
主板是p8p67支持6.0/3.0sata, 我的硬盘是3.0的,是不是我应该连在3.0的接口上?

Mine is 3G special offer version. Just had it for two days. After a full
recharge, I keep wireless off most of time (maybe used for 45 minutes) and
read books not more than 2 hours and now the battery status is about 75%
left. Is it normal?

差不多吧，我的好像也用不了多久，反正没传说中的十天半个月那么久。用的多的时候
两三天就得充一次。我也才买了一个月左右。

汗，你装系统了吗，有活动主分区吗?
不需要SATA III 6Gb的硬盘就接在3Gb接口上，虽然和你这个问题无关，但是这样做有
别的好处

1) Keep the wireless OFF only if you want to use the network feature, such
as browsing or downloading books.
2) Only need to put the Kindle at sleep mode (or screen saver whatever you
call it); turning on/off actually consume more battery.
3) Constant page up/down will consume more battery.
4) Using the light of that Amazon case will consume more battery, which is
in my case.
Mine lasts less than a week. But if I don't use the light every night, it
lasts about a week. :)
I also had a problem with Chinese txt file, don't know why. I port it into
Word document, send it to Amazon to convert and had no problem afterward.

battery to get to its full capacity;
2. When you are charging, even when the battery indicator says it is 100%,
keep charging for another few hours. You will get a better battery life this
way.

The txt format is not optimized for mobile devices.
If the file is too big, most mobile devices will have problem loading/
reading them because of the scalability issue. On the other hand, the mobi
format is designed to be scalable (it only reads a small fragment of the
file at a time). You can do one of the following two things:
1) convert your text file to mobi format;
2) divide your text file to smaller files.
If you can not open your text (or any text) file after crash, simply restart
your device.
