我侄子14岁，想来这读初中，还未申请，由姑姑提供资金证明，不知可行吗。但刚在B1
/B2申请时，被拒签了，不知如果下次，到底以B1/B2再去签，还是以留学的身份去签。
他的英文还没到可以和VO对话的地步，如果签F1，需要用英文签证吗？

大家的信用卡是什么时候被charge的?
是在收到shipping confirmation email的时候?
还是在收到shipment之后?
我的信用卡在三月二号被charge，
但是到现在还没收到电脑，
甚至连shipping confirmation email也没收到.
