国内信用卡有的美国接受，有的美国不接受。一般招行都接受。别的银行如果是双币国
际信用卡有的网站也接受。这个需要先查。
如果接受，你跟用美国信用卡一样支付就好了。
不过还钱你需要注意，有的直接兑换当天汇率还人民币，有的必须还美元。除非你亲自
去授权，需要人民币还，才可以。

9月份Riddick第三部，估计要烂尾
这个礼拜有kick ass 2吧，估计不会赶上第一部了

first of all, it was not modular budget. detailed budget instead.
second, it is not about cutting effort. My effort is 5% on my school effort
report system (which he promised), but I think he reported to NIH that my
effort is 25%, which he is trying to send NIH wrong message.
Is there any way I can find out my effort at NIH he submitted? This kind of
information should be archived somewhere. I can talk to program manager, is
there any other source?

Are you sure (the grant has budget >250k)? Even modular budget has a
detailed budget for the institution. You should ask your office of
sponsored research first. Why do you need the information? If you simply
want to put on your CV, just put 0.6 calendar month for 5%. Everyone knows
what's that mean.

NIH 25%呢？明显误导NIH的PROGRAM OFFICER

在 modular budgeted grants 里面，Efforts 还是要 report 的。每次 nih 给钱之前
，都需要 PI 填写 Other supports 就是不让人的 efforts 超过 100% 吧。
但不知道 NIH 是不是 对里面所有的人都会找出以前的记录来 double check。
当然，efforts 在每年 progress report 的时候可以修改，但需要说明。
希望我没有记错。

应该不会吧，任何loe变动都会导致salary fringe benefit的变动。budget改动会很大
的。 而且budget都是要run through preaward，改了一个数字，都得再来一轮。
