I really don't think the little ones can tell the skin colors. but language might be potential problems. I taught my daughter both languages right from the start. she has no problem adjusting to school envionment at earlier age. but the drawback is both languages are delayed even till today -- she's in 1st grade now.

横在地上哭或者发呆 it breaks my heart reading this...... If I were you, I would definitely take him back, hire a part-time nanny at home until there are openings at other daycares.
Change daycare ba ... Not sure where you are located. If you are in California, find one that is either bi-lingual or, or Chinese. My son cried for a full month when we sent him to a English only preschool at 2years9months old. The teacher always told us to tough it out, but after I saw him wonder in despair thru the observation window, I withdrew him right away, losing 1-month deposit. It was clearly not the right env for him though friends' children had no problem there. I sent him to a bi-lingual preschool and he was happy since the first day. You will see how much difference it makes when you find the right daycare. When my son was your child's age, I sent him to a family daycare which is more caring, like home and fed them good food. Not sure whether you have this option though. Good luck!

You can try to convince the daycare to let you stay- even though it is very very difficult. so that your baby will be more comfortable with the teacher. Try to talk to teacher more offen. The more you talk to teacher, the more your baby trust them. That was what I did for my son when he was only 17month old in daycare. It worked for him.
