就被叫做副手。副手一般指的都是万能二把手。尤其在外企里面副手是个相当重要的工
作，他一人之下万人之上的地位一旦奠定了他就可以开始培植自己的势力了。这个时候
我们作为外企的华裔一方如何来解决这个问题呢？
在海外工作有8年，抗战都结束了，我遇到过不少的副手。他们有的锋芒毕露有的含蓄
内敛有的徒有虚表有的是阴谋诡计，这里面有个叫Tom的让人印象深刻，到现在我们还
有比较好的社交关系。只是因为我们那会儿遇见的时候都比较会做人了而已。Tom算是
内派，大概就是老板想知道你这个组如何，就派遣一个自己的心腹跟着你。也不外乎于
那些政治版的管理手段，大家都明白不说就是了。Tom则不然，是个喜欢创新至少看起
来很努力的年轻人，比起以前那些野心勃勃的副手他看起来更随意也更自然，喜欢跟你
聊天征求你的意见然后再表达自己的需求。偶尔还会在老板面前帮你争取些资源。这样
的副手无异于是个好的副手。而大多我们可以见到的副手都是一群等着你完蛋然后要得
到你的成功的可怜虫。那这样的可怜虫我们应该如何解决呢？首先确定他是个什么样子
的人，这点很重要如果是Tom我恭喜你，你可以少一个竞争对手安心的吃饭睡觉打豆豆
了。如果不是你就要观察他的为人，有以下几个人不能要的。

, then all of the major text editors have this ability.
If you want to have an integrated editing and compiling environment, then it
is hard to find free ones. I am not impressed by any of such so-called
integrated editing/compiling bundles. You have to be able to play with the
complicated LaTeX environment configuration.

lyx有自己一套，其实用lyx就不怎么需要太懂TeX了，不过写文章时自己能控制的不如
