hi,everyone,
I am trying to go from an HDMI laptop(HP with Intel HD Graphics) output to
an HDMI input on my TV(Samsung), using an HDMI cable, i had change the
external input on my tv to the HDMI port and it always says NO SIGNAL, it
has three HDMI input ports and nothing on them. I have tried to change the
resolution on my laptop screen and then make the changes on the graphic
control panel and nothing!!
I don't know what else to try and if you know about this issue, please share
it with me.

如果不想出现不可控的局面，可以多和讲话的学生对视，或者走到他们身边，引起他们
的注意。还不收敛的话，问他们有什么问题吗

I did change the output to TV in the graphic setting. But it just didnot
work and it drives me crazy..

这个问题一出现苗头必须扑灭。当然最好是在学期开始之前着重强调。委婉方法可以请
他回答问题。或者可以课下单独委婉的请他停止。多数时候这些都管用。但是也有些时
候有些学生就是不听，你也只能强硬一点。我昨天就直接告诉一个学生要么停止，要么
现在马上离开教室。 最怕的就是一开始没及时制止，很多人会马上学上来，就无法控
制了。

干嘛要委婉？我觉得能到这儿来发帖，感觉学生私下讲话已经不是一次两次了。如果
这样，感觉学生有点欺负老师人好的感觉。要我就直接说，请不要讲话，这是对我的不
尊重。如果你们讨论的是跟课堂有关的问题，可以举手提问。如果继续讲，就说现在请
你们注意听讲，下课前我 要做 quiz . 如果因为你们说话，没听到我讲什么，自己负
责。还有告诉他们这样影响别的同学。
这样，感觉学生有点欺负老师人好的感觉。要我就直接说，请不要讲话，这是对我的不

"You can talk in the class; but if you talk, I would not talk."
