马上要签CLOSING的合同，发现这个Owner's title insurance 要收1000多，但是有的
朋友家只收了几百，这个还有啥不同吗，我该怎么提出呢？

owner's title insurance is optional. You do ot have to purchase
and, roughly the premium is somehow proportional to the appraisal value
(or downpay? I am not so sure)
