it is hard for us to decide. houses are in same area, almost same price,
brand new home and house built in 1996, which one you will choose?

到update里面看了说有新的版本，就download,download完了点了install以后就黑屏中
间一个圆，然后没几秒钟就重启，还是可以选择webo或者cm7。选择webos以后启动成功
了就出来一个提示，升级失败。。。试了2次了都这样。。。

My upgrade went smoothly. It only took 10 mins.
It depends on your cable/DSL speed. You may want to try again at midnight
when there are less traffic.

这是个问题吗？除非新房子质量不好，或Yard极小，或者新房子面积小很多，当然是新
房子了。
