版上的各位前辈关于找美国教职的几个问题。
小弟2009年phD CAS毕业，专业无机化学。2011年初来到美国。现在已经拿到绿卡。准
备2015上市场看看。
我的背景是，无机化学/材料化学，主要就是synthesis and bimedical applications
(imaging, therapy) of inorganic particles。
现在手里一作的publication：Adv mater 1篇, Chem. Mater. 1篇， Chem Commun.1篇
，JPCC级别5-10篇。一个14左右的review。1篇Theranostics。三篇3作Acs nano。
还有一篇在投（nat Medicine被拒，正在appeal，nat commun可能会中）。这篇之后，
后面还有1-2篇相关完成的文章，就等着这篇发表后投稿，应该能够到JACS/AM级别。
还有1篇在写，也就是chem Mater级别的。
funding情况：K99已经没戏。正准备申请K22/F32， NSF postdoc， DOD postdoc，
ACS postdoc fellowship.
我的目标是100-200左右的research学校。reseach ap也行。
如果有招人的信息，也希望前辈帮忙。

周五被雷，6月25日最后一天，雇主一个月内会报移民局。
打算花三个月在这边继续找工作，不行就回国。请问在这期间转身份的问题，转成B1？
还有房屋租约是一年，还有十个月，该怎么办？打算月底前搬去朋友间节省开支。
恳请建议，先谢谢了。

什么叫“JPCC级别5-10篇”？应该有个具体数字吧？背景不错，可以一试

F1 - should do it 100%.
I saw someone did B2 too. Google it. Seems you just need a letter stating why you stay and the bank letter (maybe pay stubs too, etc..).
just make sure they receive your new Visa application before June 24.
It will be interesting if you find a new employer while your F1 or B2 is pending. Just let the company attorney to worry about it :)

Once you are the permanent residence, you are allowed to apply NSF postdoc.
Is that right? Thanks

还有个问题，‘receive new Visa application’是指移民局收到我的申请，还是我收
到received letter。

不知道啊
因为我问我老板有什么funding可以申请？
他说，不知道，自己去找。
所以我才准备挪窝。。我还没仔细看要求呢

receipt date. Usually if you use fedex/ems (overnight) to submit it on day A.
then they should receive it on day A + 1
the receipt date very possibly is day A + 2 (could be A + 2 + ?)
do the best you can and carefully prepare the materials according to the
official checklist - make a backup copy too. Good luck.
