My son's friend had a playdate with my son. they had a great time at home.
however, when they played in the yard, his friend broke his arm when he fell
down from the monkey bar. His mom was there. Still, i feel terribly sorry,
I want to do something, like buy the little boy a toy, or gift card, or both
. Are there a better way to comfort mom and the boy? I hope that boy could
recover fully and soon.
Please advice.

朋友推荐给我的，跟我讨论了这么一个问题：
有性向问题的黑人小孩需要得到庇护，而庇护的代价就是被看似善良的牧师侵犯，这算
是犯罪吗？
片子本身讲得就是一个被人称呼为“天使”一般的牧师校长经营着一个教会的学校。这
个学校的学生都属于唱诗班或者什么的那种圣童。本身都是白人的小朋友，来了这么一
个黑人的小朋友，其实在这个地方就本身很不舒服了。再加上老修女和年轻的修女发现
这个黑人小男孩经常被牧师交出去，就算是在上课的时候也会被叫出去，而且年轻的修
女发现了这个牧师校长可能是和这个孩子有染，老修女更是堵上了撒谎要下地狱之名调
查清楚了这件事情。
期间孩子的母亲对孩子现在的处境反而不担心，说孩子的性向有问题有人给庇护还不好
吗？这样质问老修女。而老修女还是觉得如果孩子得不到真正的救赎，那这种庇护就是
饮鸩止渴。最后揭发了牧师校长，最后年轻的修女也从不能理解老修女的行为到理解了
对方而默默流泪。
影片给了我朋友最好的回答，但是我又感受到了这种深深的痛苦和不知所措。要是我性
向又问题，有人愿意提供帮助和保护，我会不会就马上投奔怀抱了呢？可能说起来会觉
得这个人怎么这样，但是到了那个时候真的没人保护你的时候，会不会抛弃一切只求先
过的好呢？

有人认为如果邮件少，那push mail就比fetch省电。为什么？

你家yard的monkey bar 还是playground 的。
如果是后者，肯定不是你的责任。前者不清楚。
你当然可以买个小玩具给那个男孩，写张卡片。

因为理论上没有邮件，就应该不耗电或者耗电很少。push就是
一直有个不活动的连接，server发现邮件通知。另一种实现是通过SMS通知，
更省电一些，但成本高。
实际上因为网络都有timeout，往往几分钟就要重新发起一次连接，一旦没
实现好就会不停发起连接，造成battery drain.

ms exchange active sync算推，而且很流行，yahoo, hotmail, gmail和很多公司的
email系统都支持active sync(不一定非要用exchange)。
push没有频繁poll费电而且方便，因为几乎是实时的。

因为我看到设置里面还有类似fetch那种每隔一段时间连接一次。
如果邮件少，是不是说没每小时推一下会省电？

use 1 hour fetch is better.
