我看过我签的offer 和counter offer， 上面的title 就是 purchase and sale
agreement， 还有规定双方约定的close 日期，contigency 等等，是有效法律文件。
但可能各州不一样，不清楚了。

双方都签了，就是了
不过买房还有一段法定的时间，可以INSPECT房子
这其中如果有问题，无法解决，买卖合同还是可以取消的

no .只有签了purchase and sale agreement 才算。签了offer只是第一步。之后
inspection,扯皮,律师相互扯皮写contract至少要一到两个星期。
