Just finish a phone interview with An Indian engineer
At the end, i request an email from him for thank you letter, It take us 5
minutes to figure out the email address, really long name
my english is too bad, 55555

兄弟在i140表格填写上存在一些疑问，希望各位达人指点：
Full Middle Name---是空着，还是填N/A？
1）Part 4.:
第6项：Has any immigrant visa petition ever been filed by or on behalf of
this person（if yes, provide the case number...., and disposition of the
decision on a separate sheet of paper）-----我之前的NIW140已获批准,"
disposition of the decision"是什么意思？
我应当把NIW获批的I-797c NIW final approval附上么？
2）Part 6.:
第7项，Is this a permanent position?----我看了文学城上皮匠的博客，他说应该填
YES，但大家都知道POSTDOG是临时职位，应该怎么填？
3）Part 9.：
没用律师，需要填么？还是填一堆“N/A”？

想unlock　sprint的iphone，下周回国用，客服说账户太新不给unlock，至少要用了９
０天之后才行，死活不unlock。
网上查了一下，说sprint的iphone刚launch的时候是unlock　gsm的，后来又lock了，
然后"allow existing customers in good standing to unlock the SIM for
international use if needed in the future"。
我怀疑我的iphone有可能没有unlock，因为搜到网上有人说没有找sprint　unlock也可
以在国外用
有哪位有类似经验的给说说？sprint的iphone能不能回国直接用？或者有什么办法查
unlock　status？

写EB2 under NIW category, A number, Approved Date etc.
附你的140批件在lawful document里。

找人借张att or tmobile的卡过来试试不就得了……

一样的情况，sprint客服倒是二话不说就给我request unlock了，但是也看不出来什么
变化。。。拿美国卡没办法试的吧，只是在美国以外unlock了

木有办法，４s的sim卡槽是小的那一种，不能把人家的卡切了啊。。

normally, you dont have to write email just for a phone interview. But it is
necessary to write after on-site

No, thank-you letter is not a must even after on-site. Unless the hiring
manager intentionally gives you his/her email contact, you usually deal with
the HR people. They are not the decision makers and they don't care much
about your thank-you letter though they may reply to your email probably for
being polite. Big companies usually let HR deals with candidates until an
offer is extended to you.
