GTVBox v.0.4 is out! It now has some support for the IceStream app.
There is a huge limitation: you can not resume the movie if something fails.
It is due to the nature of Megaupload. However, I was able to watch 2
episodes of Family Guy (720p) without any issues. :-)
Notice! When you launch GTVBox from the IceStream app, you will see a menu.
SELECT THE SECOND OPTION "Live Stream".
