亲戚让我帮忙买个笔记本，说美国比国内便宜3000人民币。
有没有人邮寄笔记本回国过？选哪个公司选什么邮寄方式又安全又经济？
不会被海关贪污吧？

Given the tiny oversupply, 10-20k, I doubt O would even bother to retro it.
Holding it steady is a good approach for his "excellent" job performance.
Theoretically, the "TRUE" PD should be in 2009, but we are not in an ideal
world.

我觉得o傻不会花大功夫去算这个mid of 2009
感觉Jan 01, 09 对o傻来讲更简单更保险啊

I dont believe so. no one likes retro and 10-20k is not too much. If retro
back to 09 in july and move advance 2 years in NOV, too much chaos and
become a joke.

O怎么样也是名校出身，再说VB倒退到1/1/2009基本上是要浪费一些名额了。

那如果再前进能前进到哪儿？2013排期到2011.05?
pd 2009 -> geen in 2013
pd 2010 -> green in 2014
pd 2011 -> green in 2015?

我觉得VB大幅倒退的可能性不大。在接下来的半年时间里，VB很可能停滞或缓慢前进，
而到了2013财年又会继续稳步前进。我觉得O傻不傻，他掌握的数据比我们多且准确，
近期的VB日期都是经过精心考虑和计算的。季度27%指标使得SO不再被浪费，而且3012
众院海过，使得VB快速前进。即使现在3012不死不活，他也会预留部分名额，以防3012
万一通过而造成名额浪费。所以我认为VB不会大幅倒退，停止或缓慢前进最有可能。一
