After receiving I485 approval notice for ten days, status is back to initial review:
Initial Review
On March 15, 2007, we transferred this case I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER
PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to our TEXAS SERVICE CENTER location
for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow
any instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a

05/05/10 card ordered
05/11/10 card ordered again and got mail notice from USCIS
05/06/10 LUD card ordered, last step on the status
05/21/10 morning, status is back to step two: initial review and called them
immediately
05/21/10 afternoon, status returned to last step and card mailed to all my
family
