很多品牌的都注明made in usa，而且好象也是手工作的，但我及其怀疑是在中国大箱
进口美国再封装的吧，因为吃起来里面的馅。。。

没有申EB-1的条件，打算diy NIW,以后再申EB1.
Backgound:
2008 US phd, 烂校.
Now postdoc in a 烂校, but PI has very good connection and collaboration
with a top phamar company.
Project: disease related
Papers (phd+postdoc, from late 2008): 1 corresponding author, 2 first author
,2 third author; IF<4, miserable indepentdent citation total <5; 3 papers in
preparation.
Book chapters: 1, (finished my part),in preparation
Abstracts: 8, no citation
Presentations: 1, as invited speaker in an international conference, also

For NIW, you need to apply the three prong test set up in a New York
Architect case.

The three tests you listed are a must. However, according to USCIS, NIW
category: "You must
meet at least three of the criteria below* and
demonstrate that it is in the national interest that you work permanently in
the United States."
I am asking the first part. Any suggestions?
