I am working with my EAD. But my I-485 just got denied. I assume that I can
not work any more after the denial. I was left with the only option to file
Motion to Reopen in the next 30 days. Can I start working after I submit my
Motion to Reopen? What will happen if my Motion to Reopen is denied. Your
opinion is really appreciated. I really feel hopeless. Thanks.

唉，真命苦。觉得现在的关键不是如何马上能工作的问题，而是如何救身份保留绿卡希
望的问题。

这种肯定就是app不support 安桌4.1, developer上传的时候可能就选了前面的安桌版
本，你要用的话就去网上下个其他版本dump出来的apk，或者干脆自己dump，然后再装
到nexus7上

what is the reason for denial? this does not happen often,you are the first
case I seen in year. I suggest you start calling attorney tomorrow. Share
more information maybe people can help you

原因？最重要的是啥理由拒的，看是不是移民局的错。
PD? TSC? or NSC?
能不能多提供点information?
看看大家有啥可提供帮助的。

Thanks everyone for the info. My case was denied at local office. The denial
reason was not part of the RFE

485被拒极其罕见。
我能想到的就两个理由：
1.被证明假结婚
2.以前黑过超过180天的身份
楼主不像是我们这些本版上通过工作移民的人，因为这些人绝大多数不需要去面试。
建议：赶紧联系移民律师。

准确的说现在还不非法，如果mtr被拒才正式非法。当然非法日期要从485deny那天算起
，如果超过183天有可能直接deport，10年不允许进us。我公司一阿三刚被deport，不
过it是h1b transfer deny，mtr等了16个月又被deny了。。。直接deport,it的房子还
在挂着卖。。。

if your eligibilty category is based on marriage to US citizen, unauthorized
work (past or future) or not does not matter. What matters is the real
marriage, if court decides it is good, all will be forgiven. If determined
fraud, deportation order will be issued.
