在USCIS网站上找了不少资料，看到4/4/2008出的FAQ有写
The student must apply on time (at least 90 days before the current post-
completion OPT expires).
在4/10/2008修改的版本中写
The student must apply on time (i.e., before the current post-completion OPT
expires).
Just want to confirm，请问是不是不需要90天以前申请？申请的时候算他们收到
package的那天，还是post mark那天？

今天头一次用，太他妈好使了，中文语音提示，离线导航，界面也不错，居然还有超速
警告，第一次响吓了我一跳，后来发现是俺超速了。
可以把我的老garmin扔掉了。

好像是失效之前都可以，但建议提前90-180天开始。
等大牛解答。

nokia现在就这玩意有点意思，还要被微软给抢去给wp8了

In my opt package, I didn't see 90 days requirement. But I sent it a little
more than 3 months before exp. Mine took about 2 months to approve. Try to
give them more time.

谢谢你的回复。能够提前申请当然好。若然工作还没有落实，那了解deadline就很重要
了。
