大家帮俺看看。 俺现在是两个morgage, first 170k with citi @5.75%, 2nd with
websterbank, [email protected] 8.125%. 房子估计市值200k吧。
联系了个local broker, 他给了几个options:
You currently owe approximately $200,500. Since we can only lend $194750.
So that means that right off the top you would be bringing the difference in
cash to the able which in this case is $5750. Plus you will have to set up
your escrow account which is approximately $1150 (you get your old escrow
account refunded back to you. So that means that you would have to bring
right at $6900 to close. Below are the different options I can provide to
you today. Keep in mind on the scenarios with closing costs, that number
would be added to the $6900 to close.
