谢谢回复，不是湾区，在德州。学区是所在城市最好的学区。不知重要的是治木蚁的时
间还是房子建的时间。卖主没说是哪年治的，但房子是83年建的。

要便宜那就只有212了，ebay上10几20刀一大堆。前段新蛋上zalman好像有不少rebate
，不知道现在还有没有。其他的什么noctua, phanteks, thermalright,都有差不多的
小风冷，不过不便宜。
其实212这种单塔不算大，你机箱放不下？

EB2是两个选择。通常都需要做Labor Certificate，如果申请了NIW，就可以把labor
certificate豁免掉。
