I have this one: http://www.amazon.com/EatSmart-Precision-Digital-Kitchen-Silver And there is a very interesting story. I ordered it on November 9, 2011. The scale had some problem. For example, quite often the number on the digital screen keeps on changing, and also very often I had a hard time getting the number reset to 0.00 no matter how hard I pushed the left button. On April 20, 2012, I was trying to weigh something and the scale refused to reset to 0.00. I eventually lost patience and violently smashed it on my kitchen floor. Then I logged onto my amazon account and sent the seller the following email: "I ordered an EatSmart kitchen scale from you through Amazon. This product is very bad. I have a very hard time getting the screen to show me 0.00. It either shows me grayed out oL or shows me arbitrarily changing numbers. New set of batteries doesn't help. I've had enough until this afternoon, I was so angry because it doesn't show me 0.00 no matter how hard I push the left button, I violently smashed it on my kitchen floor. It now sits in my trash can. Thank you for providing such nice product. It's a total waste of my money." I never expected any reply because that was almost half a year after the order. The seller responded the same day as follows: Thanks for contacting us. I am sorry that the scale didn't work out for you. Obviously we would have liked the chance to troubleshoot the unit before it was smashed, but I don't think it will do much at this point. I'm happy to replace the unit for you if you want. I would just need your current mailing address. Best, William Geronimo Vice President EatSmart 201-465-4381 So, he replaced it for me. And so far, this scale has been working perfectly.
