We are a fast growing online retailer seeking IPO in 3-5 years. We are
currently looking for an experienced PhP Web Developer as part
of our growing team. Applicants for the this position will be asked to
exhibit a level of comfort in dealing with the following
responsibilities:
*3+ Years PHP programming experience with decent traffic B2C websites.
*Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
*Experience with complex SQL queries and database schema design.
*Experience working with MVC frameworks.
*Comfortable with Linux system admin, MySql optimization, and
optimizing sites for heavy traffic a plus.
*Experience with Oscommerce, Drupal, Wordpress a plus.
*Experience with unit testing a plus.
*Experience working in a collaborative team environment using tools
like issue trackers (Jira) and version control software(Subversion.)
*Stable work history and an ability to collaborate effectively.
*Knowledge of consuming and creating Web Services.
*Experience with other programming languages such as Java, .NET, Perl,
Python, Ruby a plus.
*Working experiences with oversees outsource team a plus.
*Good verbal and written communication skills between various business
stakeholders and outsource team.
*Bachelor Degree in CS, math.
Salary: DOE

I am a postdoc with J1 visa. My J1 visa is valid from 11/2010 to 11/2013. I
did not apply for the J1 waiver yet.
My wife's company is going to apply the green card for her (EB2). Can I
apply for green card with my wife?

我在stock的email app建了一个hotmail的corporate account，结果只能显示最新的未
读的邮件，其他都看不到，而且新邮件读过以后也不显示了，这是怎么回事？

I will apply for EB1a or EB1b in the future if I qualify for them. But it
has no harm if I apply the green card with my wife now. Am I correct?
Is that true that my green card application will not be approved unless my
J1 waiver has been approved?

you don't need to worried about if you can go with your wife's GC for next 5
