原来是blackberry的手机，今天换了microsim然后放进htc one x，结果电话能打，网
络不通，说是apn不对。

不要用相对值说，因为1个point不恒等于0.375%的rate。LZ还是说一下，如果买1个
point，rate能降到几吧。

it's certain (cost) vs uncertain (savings); known (rates are at 40-yr low)
vs unknown (betting rates to go much higher & you'll stay in the house for
15 or more yrs)
in a sense it's like buying warranty on your cell phone--it may not be
around in a couple of yrs. but if it drops into toilet, then you come out
ahead :p

1点换0.375%很划算。
看你计划如何， 要不要refin or sell. 如果keep 30年算非常赚。
我以前一个点才能买0.125%

越高的rate pt买点越划算。
5%左右我以前自己算了一下， 0.125% rate大概合0.8% loan, 30 fixed.
按inflatiton 3%。

我测了一下，这个4G下载4500Kbps，上传1000Kbps，att网络，这个速度是不是就是和
LTE差不多的速度啊？

google了下，可能是dataplan不支持LTE，只有3G。
