按照网上的广告发了一堆简历，可是一点回应都没有。知道其他行业找工作，找猎头很
重要，不知道生物背景想去药厂找research的工作的话怎么联系猎头呢？请有经验的
过来人指教！多谢！

熟人间买卖房屋，不需要代理，互相也能信任，可以直接到
county转户吗？还是一定要有title/escrow company才行？
银行贷款要求escrow吗？

今天跟家里skype了一下午，应该超过5个小时了。有wifi的时候开wifi, 没wifi的时候
开的H+。我聊skype的同时，还上网看帖子。

I don't think that any bank will accept a transaction without title and
escrow. you need check with your lender for this. By the way, you will buy a
title insurance for your lender any way and you can not do this without a
title company get involved. Can you?

if no loan involved, yes.
if need loan, title/escrow is req'd. title company does title search on
your prop and look for liens or defects. if clean, you pay for a title
policy for lender in return for loan money.

如果要贷款的话，title是必须的。在有些州，比如CA，settlement是由escrow公司完成的。
cash deal的话，应该没什么问题。不过，最好了解一下房主有没有买过owner's title insurance，如果他曾经买过，那么熟人互相信任的话，省title insurance的钱也应该不会出什么问题。
个人认为产权的问题应该清清楚楚的，该花的钱还是需要花的。
