怎么状态还是pre-processing.
以后再也不去att网站上order了，太差劲了，信用卡的账单倒是早早都扣了。

尼玛的还不让我cancel，我想直接去店里弄个白的走都不行，告诉我必须先cancel
order。打电话去cancel，告诉我已经processing了，不能cancel。最后弄了一个dead
lock在这里，几天了也没个动静。。。

二天就是pending shipment，pending了4，5天还没寄的准信。。
att是不是920 stock太少啊。。

I just called and got my order cancelled...
the question is where to order now? does walmart have it in store?
but it doesn't seem walmart waive activation fee, it says activation fee
will be billed by ATT separately...

刚刚打了ATT的电话，虽然收到邮件说是在backorder，但接电话的人给我了一个fedex
tracking number，查了一下，16号deliver。

打了一大圈电话，现实customer service的，给我转到管order的，然后说他们只管电
话order，然后给转到管online order的，然后说他们不管premier account的，又转到
管premier account的，终于同意给cancel了。。。
然后更气人的来了，说虽然给我cancel了，但是我的account要72小时后才能再显示为
eligible for upgrade。。。TNND，可以说脏话吗？
