原来从信用卡里划的钱，现在直接变成balance了，折腾了一趟等于变相从信用卡里

很可能所有的都是同一个tracking number，这个骗子显然是高手，先给所有人同一
个不知道寄到哪里的tracking number, 过15天再用这个label邮寄个转头出去，路上
要3个星期，等那个时候就过了45天的追诉期了。

tracking number 可以先用坏号顶着
过俩星期寄个平信，要个tracking number 添上
估计就是这样
等收到平信，估计时间也耗得差不多了

8号问骗子tracking，结果不搭理，14号逗他玩，说2天不吱声就dispute，第2天就答复
