I am using OPT, I claimed exempt in my W2 Form,try to get Medical/social tax
out,but it turned out.
Federal, State, Medical,Social security tax are all out.
Do I have to inform HR about this or do nothing?
What will happen if they find I don't pay Federal and State Tax.

律师说，闲着也是闲着。不如降级玩。还能递485.所以按eb3排期能递485的都降了。
不是发新的。是改。说要是eb3倒退了，就再改回去。

俺们公司这个星期也和fragomen开会决定了,只支持一种category,绿卡开始申请时是啥
就是啥,不准换,全美统一政策. 所以真羡慕你们公司政策灵活的.

我们也是fragoman. 上周决定的。这周动手。其实关键就是公司愿不愿意掏这个来回
折腾的钱。

拍个包子吧......Intel+律师团撑着，公司掏钱，集团化操作。目前看来，看不到对员
工个体的任何不利影响.
有人可能会说，万一倒退了，换不回来咋办。
我到觉得，Intel雇的律师团，为Intel的Talents服务，如果一旦这些Talents换不回来
，Intel为了保护自己的人才库，会选择和USCIS大打出口，律师团会四处出口，倒是
USCIS肯定扛不住。

公司愿意肯定能换回来，大公司也有好处，不介意律师费，律师外包的可以多挣钱，內
部律师也许能拿个回扣，创造GDP啊

INTEL的律师太差劲了吧？别的EB2都是直接file新140，不改原来的，能直接排两条队
的，怎么INTEL的就要amend呢？
是你的信息是假的，还是之前哪个说file新140的是假的？

或许知道会退的比EB2还晚，正好多扣留几年。

我们好像决定只排一条队。因为说要是EB2又领先了，得再file把大伙拉回去。意思
显然原来的EB2 的140不参与排队了。
但这不代表排两条队就不行啊。我觉得我们选择的是律师费用最大化的路径。
如果有兄弟们能排两条队早日拿卡，我提前祝贺啊。
