关机之后，一插上电源就自动开机。再关还是马上自动开机。如果不插电源可以关机。

也觉得楼主和楼上的要求有些奇怪,打个比方,孩子吃饭补充能量,当然是希望他醒着的

关机充电不奇怪，必须得关机充电比较奇怪。不知道这跟充电+airplane mode有啥区
别。难道能制造翘班借口之类的？

1. Firstly, they'll mail you a "Welcome Notice/Approval Receipt" in regular
mail.
2. Secondly, you'll receive more txt message/email/status change. Reporting
the USPS has picked up your card/send to you/delivered, within in 7-15 days
you'll see your greencard in the mail box, don't worry.

第一，这个应该是nokia控制的，不是微软操作系统能决定的。
第二，以前充电不能自动开机时，有人骂：尼玛，充上电后居然不能自动开机？害得老
子得不断自己查电是不是充上了能够开机了。。。
第三，要是做成充电自动开机后，再运行用户关机的话，有人骂：尼玛：老子就想充电
关机，还非他妈的先给开机，然后再让我关机？
第四，如果做成让用户自己设定想充电关机就关机，想充电开机就开机的话，有人会骂
：尼玛，什么都要自己设定？还是***的东西省心啊。。。
