刚收到USCIS的regular mail，如下，请问这是什么意思？表示批了？
我EB1A， RD4/4/2011，TSC 目前网上还是老状态，AP和EAD都没消息。
This is to notify you that your application for permanent residence has been
approved. It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to permanent
resident status in the United States.
At the top of this notice you will see a very important number. It is your
USCIS A# (A-number). This is your permanent resident account and file number
. This permanent account number is very important to you. You will need it
whenever you contact us.
We will soon mail you a new Permanent Resident Card. You should receive it
within the next 3 weeks. you can use it to show your new status. When you
receive your card you must carry it with you at all times if you are 18 or
older. It is the law.

感觉好像有些不符合常理啊. 没有网上别人说的什么card order, card production这
些程序，而且EAD 和 AP 一点消息也没有。并且时间太快了，我准备下月初给女儿办旅
行证回国，请问卡下来还能办旅行证么？

4年前买了个dell x51v pda，windows mobile系统一直不更新，连wpa2都用不了。一直
放着。只能听听歌玩玩小游戏干嘛的。
还有个320g的ide 外接硬盘，用来做备份的，2年前买了2t的，现在准备再买个2t的。
这个也不用了。
我打算都捐给goodwill了。大家这些废弃不用的电子产品都怎么处理的？？？

我有n个200g的硬盘，都是某些年black Friday的时候20一个淘回来的（tmd，买外接
case的钱都不只20），现在全在车库某个角落歇着，是在是无用武之地。

组raid玩
硬盘一般还是有点用的接播放器挂下载这种
坏掉的硬盘还可以拆开来玩磁铁和镜子

恭喜！是TSC吗？
宝宝版上有贴子说DC的大使馆是按宝宝出生时候父母是否绿卡来决定的，如果宝宝出生
时父母不是绿卡就可以办旅行证。不知道是不是所有的大使馆都是这样。

不过关于旅行证你还是要仔细打听，因为办证的时候要提供父母的visa，如果你的H签
证还有效，也许就没有问题了
