用尽各种办法想尽量把rank提高，可是实在是没办法弄到1%或2%，甚至3%。
最后的结果是：
- 按期刊：从我的paper发表那年到2011年，当然这样基数大，结果更好看些，最好的
是top 5%，还有一篇top 7%
- 按关键字，从我的paper发表那年到2011年，最好的是top 4%。
没说的就更不好了。
想让大家帮忙看看，这样的论文引用排名能用来做EB-1B的证据吗？

My perm minimum requirement "master +0" in field A.
I have master in both A and B.
The job description mostly is in field A but also includes some work which
requires the candidate to have knowledge in field B.
There are 3 candidates which met the job minimum requirement "master +0" in
field A.
My boss never interviewed them because they argued that i have background in
both A and B, which shows on my resume and makes me the best candidate.
Do you think my perm will be denied due to the three candidate ?

能, 只要说得出名堂, 有逻辑, 没啥不行的.
