现在OPT STEM EXTENSION，去年９月就已经批了，但是由于我那段时间搬家，就没有邮
到，Returned To USCIS as undeliverable on Nov 2nd, 2011,然后Nov 8th就打电话
更新了地址, 之后一直也寄不出来, １月９号，打电话申请了个service request.
现在没有任何动静，本来以为在１月８号之前肯定能拿到卡。入职日期改了好几次了
，新公司好象等不及了，要取消OFFER。
怎么办？好心人更告诉我么？

I don't know about extension. But as far as I know, for normal OPT, if it
is
approved but not delivered successfully, you can file an application for
card
replacement. It will take another 1-3 month for you to get the card. But
you can work once you get the receipt number. I guess this should be
similar
for OPT extension.
You can talk to your company. print out uscis rules in case HR has
concerns.

提交了opt延期就可以合法工作半年，哪怕一直没批准。我的就是7月份提交延期，12月
份才批准。不影响工作

There is no way for I9 identification since it is more 180 days past since
my last OPT expired.

I don't understand.
You have your extension approved but just did not receive your card. I think
it is the same as you lost your card.
Did you work during the 180+ days?

Yes, I did. Even if you lost the card, you can only wait until you got the
card to start working.
