our PD is March 2007, and it is current in this August. our cases is in TSC.
I received decision and card production on Aug. 12th. My case was already
in post decision But my wife's case is still in Initial Review status.
I am thinking may be my wife's case and my case are processed by different
offices, so the progress differently.
However, we have concerns that on this October, the process date may be
retrogressed, my wife's case if it is not approved before Octomber, it may
be become un-current again so it will be delayed.
I am thinking to call CIS to request a SR or call the Senitor in our
district, and hopefully the case can be processed soon.
should we file SR for the case right now? is SR useful? any negtive effects?
