标题: 我来跟众将军大概齐说说大陆高校清真食堂的就餐情况

也许在下整理的有不少瑕疵，请指正，但大面儿上差距不大
现在国内大学里的清真食堂基本外包给有资质的宁夏或新疆一带的穆斯林餐饮连锁集团
，统一着装，统一佩戴小白帽儿，很正规，严格洗手，明厨通透的操作环境，可供食客
一览无余，你都可以看到他们戴着口罩戴着一次性手套穿着白衣以及白帽子在后厨操
作，给人干净卫生的感觉！很好！
而且国家基本对这些食堂有补贴，除了三大节庆之外，中国人传统佳节也算上，都有补
助，何况很多清真兄弟民族诸如边疆的维族哈族乌族等等经济发展不富裕，需要国家
给予高校穷学生一定的牛羊肉补贴也是人之常情，有利于祖国民族团结，欣欣向荣。
一般来说，对于进餐的食客身份，大部分大学里的清真食堂真没那么穷讲究，不一定
去进餐的都是穆斯林，但是穆斯林肯定去这些地方进餐，另外有些高校的确不让非清
真民族的学生进入，满族也不行，朝鲜族也没戏，藏族也不让，只要你不是清真民族
，一看身份证或学生证就不行了也有个别的少数回民食堂面向大众开放，但是入门处
明确写着：外菜莫入，敬请配合！
见过几个汉族学生端着楼底下打好的饭菜进入清真食堂，我旁边桌的几个新疆维族立马
很生气的礼貌让他们端着饭菜出去，不要在回民食堂内进餐，内几个货还非强词夺理说
“你看！我们打的是鸡腿。。。”，新疆学生很生气，领着这家伙到门外看了“外菜莫
入，敬请配合”的告示，这才把丫们弄走

今天查了说是的DECISION，问了律师，律师说还没有收到任何消息，希望好消息吧。对
于绿卡一窍不通。
Then perm got audit and rejected. 然后公司HR写信，后来approve了。这样就耽误
了一年多。本来说是EB2，结果律师申请的时候不知道怎么样就变成了EB3。律师也没有
通知我变成了EB3。有一天心血来潮，查了一下自己的case，才知道快到期了，然后通
知律师准备485。从此以后每天都关注此版。
收到律师通知后，倾家荡产发包子。然后去更新timeline。

TP刷了CM7，CM9，刷都没出问题。前两天，试着刷CM10，杯具了。
这种情况，怎么刷CM10？要先把android去掉？用webOS的doctor吗？谢各位大侠指教

想说啥？
我大学经常混回民餐厅。开始是因为人少，不用排队。虽然样式少。
时间长了，我也觉得非回民餐厅一进去味道就不一样

想说现在越来越多的高校回民食堂不对汉族学生敞开了，而且很多食堂后面还加盖了礼
拜屋，给到点儿作“撇申”（晌礼）的同学行个方便，还能下伊尔代斯（洗小净）
回民食堂我去的主要是天津大学河北工大北方交大这几所的，一进去没有之前想的
羊膻味儿，倒是一股浓浓的饭菜香扑鼻而来，尤其周末炖牛肉时最疯狂，哈哈，排队的
朵斯提同学们一大堆！另外饭盆儿、勺儿筷儿什么的就放在食堂的储藏柜儿里，很方便
，也有洗刷的地方，也没人动
总之给人感觉就是有食欲！哪怕排长队也值得！

另外，再说下关于内地高校回民食堂补助的问题
我前面说了。高校就读的穷学生普遍身上没几个大子儿。。。边疆少民的孩子更是经济
捉襟见肘。。。吃顿牛羊肉铁得盘算了，需要国家给予资助，我去过几个清真食堂，里
面的朵斯提戴白帽儿的老师傅人非常NICE，跟我说：你今天不刷饭卡也没事儿，你看我
们这的墙上告示，允许小幅度的“赊账”。。。我看人家师傅对咱不赖，何况以前都不
认识，我说：没事儿，师傅，该多少就多少，您刷卡吧。然后师傅跟我唠了半天的磕，
说每个学期下来，通常赊账能累计到差不多5、6千人民币。。。我说：“这还挺大的亏
空啊，咱们也不能给他们往里垫啊，这咋办？”师傅说：一般就是靠国家给填补些亏空
，另外根据个别学生长期拖欠的情况，采取追帐的形式，也就是说你起码缴掉之前赊账
的30%，才允许你继续在餐厅就餐，否则就不允许你下学期注册课程，一般来说师傅跟
我说，50多个清真民族学生里也就6、7个人经常赊账，大部分都还好。当年平均一顿饭
差不多4元人民币，我估计国家给这里面补贴个1-2元人民币

TSC的话，在3月份的时候就有几个祖坟冒烟儿的2月RD的报绿，4月份有几个3月RD的报
绿，也不奇怪。

人家这个是律师递成了EB3， 140 早批了，直接交的485.没有140 拖后腿。
当然也是让人羡慕的快啊。
