failed...
要是你们都举个例子么？我答得没碰到过这种情况，都是合作关系少有竞争关系。
有点吃不准啊

不需要。去play store找more locale基本可以完成大部分汉化。
说真的，保留英文界面可能别人对偷你手机的兴趣还小些，反正又不是自己看不懂。

If I were you, I would say:
Once my colleagues and I got a blah blah result but it was not satisfied. My
colleagues suggested we take simple way to smooth it (say average). But I
used blah blah method to dig deeper to find the reason and used blah blah
way to improve. Finally I got the good result.

You should be able to get some real world case from your past experience..
Such as when working on a specific problem in your domain, there is a very
challenging task, all others have tried but not been able to pull off. But
you never give up, and think out of the box, question the assumption.
Eventually you found a solution that could get the job done. This type of
questions is very typical of aptitude and behavior since it tries to check
if you can handle tough situations, you can work under pressure from both
the work and peers. I personally like this kind of questions a lot since you
can market yourself so much in this question with the following:
Persistence
Hard working
Team work
Out-of-box thinking
Leadership
Customer focused
Save company face and money
Time management
Being a shipper (rather than a dreamer )
....
