能砍,和一般房子一样看。不过能不能砍下来要看银行风格。有的银行财大气粗不在乎
钱,sold as is,就狠狠的砍,有的银行修修补补,还指望能买个合适的价,这种就砍
不下来,能搞个略低于市场价的成交价就不错了

肯定可以砍。跟正常房子砍价手续一样。至于接不接受理不理就没人敢担保了。

我在看一个bank own, sold as is 的房子, 朋友估计修要2万左右, 那么给offer的
时候是直接从list price 减掉2万, 还是先offer个高点的价, 再往下砍? 希望大家
给点建议。

it's all depends. depending on your local market, the property including
location, condition and pricing. REO property normally is listed lower than
it should be. They know that and so does the buyers. if there's no other
offers which means it is listed higher than it's market value, you than
still have a chance to neigotiate with the bank. if there's load of offers,
you are lucy that you got the bank to work with you. which case is yours?

Don't know your local market, but it is a free market. You never know
withour a trying. But Don't agree with your agent.
