work exclusively with web applications. Google announced the operating
system on July 7, 2009 and made it an open source project, called Chromium
OS, in November 2009.[3][4]
Unlike Chromium OS, which can be compiled from the downloaded source code,
Chrome OS only ships on specific hardware from Google's manufacturing

不管你怎么看不起chrome os。
这个绝对是趋势。一切都在browser里做。基本的娱乐都够了。
家里的接电视的htpc,是开机时间最长的。就是pbskids, netflix, pps.都是只用
browser就够了。

只是那个sandbox proces概念保证了这一点。那个破玩意慢死，太蠢。第一件事就是不
应该用gentoo的那套script，人家android多简洁。那个chroot是BSD加入的，虽然提供
了交叉阴道的便捷，但是引入的潜在问题也是很多。chrome太stupid了，在host上做交
叉编译环境时，就来个chroot，你TMD连备份也没法完全做，因为你host自己的系统安
装都被重新mount到他那个傻逼root下了。

现在Mozilla里也有了，所以sandbox不是他一家的。就没什么了不起的了。

等有mozilla的os的机子出来再说吧。
sandbox机器绝对是趋势，狗狗这步绝对走对了。
等以后html5普及了，更是绝大多数人就完全够用了。
只有要科学计算，编程的要大量计算的需求，可能用到desktop.

大型计算都移到后台server.rental比自己家里放一台可能更适合.

话说我前几天写assignment就是说这破玩意搜到别人的观点有点赞同在linux上装个
chrome 然后也用web app 和chrome OS有啥区别必要时候还能拿linux来用

对。chromium os就是欺负傻瓜的。连shell都不露给你。你自己build可以，因为你可
以用那个developer console就是kernel的那个，你起了x-server，就可以自己出窗口
了。但是普通用户，你根本就无法使用任何linux的系统调用。他什么东西都给映射成
网页了。一堆open source的大杂烩，也不优化，操！太恶心了。人家android的好多东
西是非常精简的。所以那个狗屁chromium os就根本无法上移动设备的，只能在tablet
以上去骗人。
mozilla使用的另一个engine，人家很快就出和android类似的东西了，而且前端就是
HTML5为主的开发，就是说你知道html加上javascript就够了。

立引用啊，如果都列个总数，也没多少参考意义。还有文章是列总数啊，还是只列第一
第二作者的。

楼主定期整理下，大概也就一周半小时的工作量
比网上那些不靠谱的SHEET，好多了
