得到律师的邮件，这是concurrently filing 还是separately filing.
之前律师说是要concurrently，但是最后file的是她助手，不是同一天，也算
concurrently filing?
On 05/22/2014, an I-140 immigrant visa petition was filed with the USCIS
Service Center. We should receive a receipt from the USCIS in 3-4 weeks
that will provide average processing times for this type of case.
On 05/23/2014, we also filed the I-485 (adjustment of status), I-765 and I-
131 applications with USCIS on behalf of you and your family members. We
should receive receipts from the USCIS in 3-4 weeks that will provide
average processing times for this type of case.

At first blush, the Galaxy S4 doesn’t feel revolutionary, but given the
continued success of its predecessor maybe a revolution wasn’t called for.
It’s a faster phone with a better screen, a better camera, and some cool
new software features, and for the company that’s nearly synonymous with
the word "Android," that may be enough to ensure another huge success.

名称无所谓，对你而言能拿到EAD和AP就好。

er. From our limited testing, "Smart Pause" and "Smart Scroll" skew more
toward gimmick — they’re supposed to detect your eyes, and either pause
your movie when you look away or scroll when you reach the bottom of a page,
but neither worked much at all in our time with the GS4.
