Kindle hardware.
* Its retail business is in trouble, ebay.com, adn buy.com are doing the
same thing. Seems like they are more aggressive. The biggest problem is that
its sales tax advantage is gone. Many will buy things from the online
stores which don't collect sales tax.
* Its video business cannot compete with NFLX.
* Its book and song media contents face tough competition from Apple and
Google.
* The only area is still OK is its cloud computing, but many big players
just start getting into this space.

亚麻的retail business刚刚的，在美国能跟他相提并论的完全不存在，这一点上比狗
狗软软都更dominant。buy.com, ebay又不是当初不存在，你看ebay折腾这么多年那个
渣样，在那上头买东西需要莫大的勇气，customer service几乎不存在，shipping/
delivery基本上听天由命，过去10年我在那里也就买过不超过10次东西，其中一半以上
都多少出点不愉快，不是送来的东西有问题，就是shipping化超长的时间。相对比在
amamzon上，我差不多每年都要花几千刀，小到铅笔，大到home gym，绝大多数时间经
历都很好。
video business不管是nflx还是amazon都不行，最终都是被好莱坞掐着脖子，片源都是
问题。
至于amazon的business能不能支持它的股价，那是另一个话题。

agree, i spend thousands of dollars on amazon each year as well, from small
office supplies to electronics to baby diapers to books and movies. they are
much more reliable than other online retailers and much better customer
service.
