how should this be handled? if the neighbor refuses to trim but complain and
wouldn't like to do anything, do we have to go to their yard to trim the
tree? or fight in the court? Do we have to cut the tree?

我大部分时间用手机Nexus，太阳大用kindle，家里有最新的ipad主要LD用。需要有效
率用ultrabook
再整个Nook HD 做啥用呢？

没用就不要呗，干嘛非得说服自己买不需要的东西？

you don't need do anything if nothing happens.
However, if some damage occurs to your neighbor,then you have to pay for it
since he has complained to /warned you before.
On the other hand, your neighbor can trim the tree by himself without your
permission.

this is evergreen tree, if the tree gets too close to the neighbor's house/
window, which might cause lots of shades and then moss on the roof, such
type of issues, do I have to be responsible for that?
also if we offer to trim the tree on their side(since cannot do on our side)
, and if they refuse, later if any damage occurs, is still our liability?
