实习快结束了，是不是应该找老板要推荐信？
有人说可以在LinkedIn上面recommend me，和老板说了下，老板似乎不怎么用LinkedIn
。他说如果我想要推荐信的话，可以给我单独写一份给我。
所以是现在要推荐信好呢，还是到时候找工作的时候要好呢？而且，这个推荐信是怎么
个形式？是以后每投一家公司就要老板给这家公司发邮件（这也太麻烦了），还是让老
板先写一份出来，以后投简历的时候当做附件上传，那这样的推荐信需不需要很正式的
那种，要公司的专用信笺写吗，需不需要老板签字？

用了不靠谱的broker,噩梦就开始了。。。
之前种种错误先不提，下星期一就要去title company签字，昨天把hud给我发过来，还
说： i have reviewed everything, they all looked good to me"....我打开一看，
purchase price就是错的！！
问他，丫说是title company没有及时update....虽然现在改过来了，但我还是很不放
心，因为太多的客人，做loan doc的时候说不准选错了哪一项，我的loan就有
contingency了，到时候交了那么多年钱就都打水漂了。。。。
想问问班上的loan broker,这种情况有可能发生么？
星期一就去签字了，我只budget了两个小时，到时候只有title company的人和我的
agent在，各种paperwork 2个小时也不能都读完。。。不靠谱的broker说都是standard
doc,只要贷款的loan amount, interest rate对，其他的读了也没用，是这样的么？

I tried several bank's mobile check deposit app. All take blur pictures and
make it useless. The camera app works fine.
Anybody has the same problem?

For the loan doc itself (excluding cost), you only need to examine
1) loan amount 2) mortgage rate 3) term 4) prepaid penalty 5) legal name and
vesting 6) property address, etc
You should already received estimated closing statement from your loan
broker.

hmm, my LD has one, and it works fine for check deposit.

跟老板说希望他以后能做你的reference他答应了就好了啊。一般公司都是跟你要推荐
人的联系方式自己去联系的，我还没见过哪里会跟应聘者索要一份纸质推荐信的。

yes, he sent me the estimated closing statement, which I found the purchase
price was off for $20,000....it looks fine to me after he fixed it....
The other document he sent to me was called "notes", which includes the
property address, prepaid penalty, loan amount, morgage rate...but I didn't
see term, legal name and vesting...could you elaborate on a bit?
Do you mean if I could ensure things you mentioned above are correct, then
the chance of my loan got messed up is pretty small?

had similar problem, try under the sun light,

这个问题有法解决吗？我刚买了一个，发现也有类似问题，不但是boa其他银行的app都
不能存。

攒老中有个共同的优点，不听业内人士的，不信专业人士的，专门听朋友的，信网上的

花两个小时签字没必要.实际上那一二百页的文件绝大部分都是垃圾. 只要看三个文件,
顶多半小时
- HUD1
- NOTE
- DEED
贷款到这个时候, LOAN　ＡＧＥＮＴ　不太可能MＥＳＳＵＰ．他的事基本上没了

是apps的问题。chase的就可以，boa的总是失焦。

如果purchase price是错的,还是比较大的错误,尽早让Lender改过来吧.

Yes.
BTW, your loan has "prepaid penalty"? All loan (in the past two years) I
originated never ever has prepaid penalty except you have to wait about 4
month before you could refinance or payoff.

问题是其他的手机，哪怕是很差的手机boa app都没事。我另外一个小银行的app也不能
聚焦。在犹豫是不是退。除此之外，这个手机还是很超值的。
