I got my I140 approved with previous employer and the PD is Jan 2010.
Recently I changed my jobs. The position title is the same but now I am
working on offshore structure engineering rather than bridge engineering
before. Can I use my old PD for new I140 petition? I am concerned that the
job description will NOT the same.
