两个学区差不多。
1. 2story, 86年， 1500sf + 750sf finished basedment, lot: 11000, 160K
2. split, 78年，1150sf + 336sf finished basedment, lot: 19000, 130K

我刷死了个gs2 连charging sign都没 downloading进不去据说这jtag是针对hard
brick的
ebay上有优盘似的小的有高级点的大盒子的
有经验的来讲讲

直接连接到pcb版，写数据或短路来激活某个预设的模式。

1，必须的！

比尺寸是花160k买1500尺对花130k买1150尺。显然第一个值。
比年份是86年对78年，8年孩子都打酱油了。显然第一个好。
30k顶天了就是你们一个人一年的工资，还是税后的。
你们肯定还有没说出来的隐情。

no idea about your income. but 30k shouldn't be so concerned when the 1st
looks obviously better than the 2nd.
of course, you know more details about the 2 houses, or maybe 2nd one has
much better upgrades or so..

Yes, 2nd upgraded a little bit. but they looks similar. 30K is not big
concern comparing to our current income. Only concern is that LD worried
about his job. thanks!
