的银行已经关掉，所以我们想可不可以我去把支票存到我的账户.以前看到过说可以，

att版的，刷GE后，信号只有1格， 信号强度只有-107dBm。不记得原厂系统时候的信号
强度了，但是感觉应该没有这么差，另外同屋的iphone 5s信号有3格。。。
我只是unlock然后刷了系统，更新过基带版本到最新，也没有变化，现在平时就只用3g
了。。。信号稍好些。

a power washer, buy a power washer suitable for deck. Clean it first, then
pain it. I have done it many times, if you know how to use a brush, you can
do it by yourself.
It is a good deck, don't destroy it.

I'll vote for wash and re-paint, as we did on ours. Only be careful of the
power wash which might damage the wood if setting too high, and painting by
yourself is a little labor and saftey involved
Patio cost is way too high for this size of area, let along the demolish
cost. Also if you have too many trees around, Patio on the even lower level
would see more moss growing up and become very slippery.

Don't listen to others about doing the power wash. If you decide to do power
wash, you should be prepared to sand your deck as well, which could be
quite some work (although you can rent big sanders somewhere).
The correct way (if you don't want to do too much) is to (1) clean, (2)
stain.
The best way is to (1) clean, (2) power wash, (3) sand the surface, and (4)
stain or paint.

A few hundred sf, not as big a 1000 sf, which still cost a lot of time and
energy. Fortunately, although my deck didn't look good and had cracks here
and there, there's no need to replace any board.
In fact, if the board is not completely rotten, you can just follow these
steps of power washing, sanding and staining, and the surface will look
great again. Even if some boards (or some portion of a board) are rotten,
you just replace those specific pieces. There are videos that direct you how
to replace the wood parts - not that difficult.
if you have some pictures showing how bad the boards look like, I can help
you identify if they need to be replace or just re-surfaced.
