我之前买了一个iphone 5旧手机，然后发现home键不灵了，正好还在保修期内，就去
apple店里换了一台refurbished的，我之前是att账户，最近才转到verizon的，我
用我之前的att账户网上request unlock code，然后收到email说不qualify，
