I am considering ordering a Lumia 521 from MS store for $70. How do I
connect to T-Mobile after I get the phone? Do I have to bring it to a T-
Mobile store or can I just hook up myself? Also, what is the cheapest pre-
paid plan? This will be a second phone as I already have a work-provided
phone. Thanks for any info.

再次提交后还是15天之内给结果，不需要再PP

70刀有点小贵啊，前几天不都是50刀么。。。
如果电话跟着一个TMobile的Sim kit的话，那就直接把Sim卡插进去激活就可以。如果
没有，到TMobile店里去搞定就行。网上定也可以，不过目前好像没便宜的TMobile SIM
。。。
TMobile的Prepaid计划可以到官网看就是，没特别便宜的。想要用便宜的，得用其他
MVNO的计划，比如Ptel，Lycamobile（需要Unlock），SimpleMobile等等。可以到
Prepaid俱乐部查询。要用其他家，比如ATT的服务，必须要unlock你的521才行。

多谢，律师比较狠，每次都是一上来就40多页cover letter
估计IO得看几天，但是USCIS状态显示是60天之内给结果

上次就是15天期限的最后一天给出RFE
