警察过来家访了，老婆才知道自己的轻率，知道自己错了，她告诉警察自己不太懂美国
法律，而且老公只是不让自己出门，并没有什么威胁自己人身安全的行为，也为此跟警

其实还是这个老婆自己知道自己有错，老公是爱她的，只是她自己控制不住自己的情绪
。当看到警察来了，才知道自己该对自己的行为负责，而且也后悔了。
她不希望影响老公将来在美国的前途。
不过，警察为什么还要记录呢？真的不会有什么影响么？

老婆要出门，让她出呗，能有什么大不了的，拦着干嘛？
一点破事就打911，都是一帮八婆误导的，把警察当居委会大妈了。
一次不会有事，就是留个记录而已。两次，三次就有事了，到时候不是老公因为被怀疑
家暴被带走，就是因为老婆涉嫌abuse 911或者perjury被带走如果否认家暴的话。

下一次，如果你老婆再打911或者有和家暴相关的事情，那么现在这次的记录对你不利。
假如你们有孩子，离婚的时候，你的任何和家暴可能有关系的历史，都对你要孩子
不利。

state law一般不会有这种，有些local ordinance有这样的惩罚。
false report不是最要紧的，即使abuse逮进去最后很可能就是罚款。要紧的是perjury
，有些女的报警的时候夸张暴力，过后就反悔，在法院作证说啥事没有等等，这种要是
惹烦了prosecutor，很可能charge perjury。

如果是真的有暴力，那当然没事。
但如果不是真的有暴力，同样是perjury。不过这种时候prosecutor可能集中精力对付男
的，除非女的慌撒得太次被对方律师给揭露了出来导致pissed off prosecutor了.

all the power and can make false accusations at will while the police will
only listen to her side of the story.
If like you said that the police can make a fair assessment to determine who
is telling the truth, I may feel a bit better.

do not be stupid
you get to have an attorney with you to pick up your personal stuff, also
call the police and notify them the time , ask them to secort you. that is
your right.
you pick up your personal stuff, and leave, then go divorce, that is the
only thing you can do
after you pick up your stuff, file a restriction order agaist your wife, she
will not be able to claim " you threaten her" since it just implys she got
contact with you. and she will go to jail.

这是给男人的警告 - 下次设计法律的时候，要知道
弱者不一定就是正义的一方 -- 不能偏袒弱者。要公平。
否则这次觉得心里快感不错，下次倒霉的就是自己。

没有问题对吧?警察就是劝告我不要阻止她出去calm down，然后就have a good
night了。据老婆自己说，警察很nice，问她我有没有hit her，她矢口否认了，而且
说自己made a huge stupid mistake to bother them。主要是她只是一时生气拨打了
911但是没说话就挂了，警察追踪信息才过来家访的。所以没有去警察局，也没有被告
家暴。

我这里有现成的例子，两口子总吵架，不动手，邻居911。第一次警察来了，没事。
第二次，警察来了后不接受他们没事的说法，直接是给了个什么order，当晚就让男的
走人。

基本上就是感情不和吧老吵架. 上星期我再次提出离婚, 她就马上怒吼, 然后打911把
我敢出家门. 然后威胁我如果再回家, 她继续打911. 警察根本不听我说什么. 比较头

你说不会有第二次，相信你是希望，而不是肯定没第二次吧。
为什么纠结？如果你处理不好，双败。
是谁告诉她夫妻吵架可以打911的？如果是所谓朋友之类，要远离。
如果万一她冲动再打911，这老婆百分之百不能要了。

没人教唆她，估计是一时冲动，情急不知所终，才打了。其实拨电话后没有说话，直接
挂了，估计也是自己还犹豫。老婆平时很好的，对我很体贴，我也很爱她。只是没有想
到一个人性情会这样大变，我确实是抱着希望，多谢关心啊。
