There is an income limit for contributing to ROTH IRA. but will not figure
out AGI until tax time in 2015. what if contribution to full limit in 2014
but in 2015 find
out AGI only qualifies partial contribution amount?

我这里百度云反而还不错。360云基本都在拉风，一个分享的破东西，几天都没下载下
来，还时不时连不上。

Yes, you can still contribute to traditional ira, but without the tax
deduction benefit.

Whether to convert or not depends on your AGI. If your income, hence AGI,
keeps going up, it might be wise to convert as early as you can, I suppose.

to do recharacterization, I will need to notify IRS using 8086 form, not
sure if any impact to tax return (had to amend since already filed 2014 tax
return)
