Ben Turnbull is reporting via Twitter that a new Walmart memo has emerged
regarding Serve and prepaid gift cards. According to the report, starting
next month Walmart’s systems will be hardcoded against allowing loads to
Serve (and presumably Bluebird) from prepaid gift cards.
According to what Ben was told, only bank issued debit cards will work with
their systems going forward. This could be a huge blow to many people’s
manufactured spend strategies.

最近刚刚file了EB3的perm大概1个多月吧，还在等着批。这个时候可以再file个EB2的
perm么？

他可能是和我一样，先交了EB3的，发现排期退了，再补EB2，广告要求不同，不能共用
我是先做广告等工作，等EB3出来了（或者通知audit）再交EB2

如果广告、招聘都是按EB2来的，可以再File一个EB2的PERM。
如果广告、招聘是按EB3搞的，需要重新打广告，重走招聘过程后，才能再交EB2的PERM。

两个PERM同时交没事，只不过容易被audit，所以一般不这么干而已

How about kiosk loading? Will it be affected too?

It is inevitable and we can only hope it will be delayed.
As for the Kiosk, even if it still works, people would beat it to death once
the POS is hard coded. It might just take less than a day for the death
sentence sign like "Lane Closed" or "Out of Order" to be put on it.
