2005年在new orleans 经历了那场大飓风，fema给的8K钱我退回去了，因为自己没什么财
产损失，
但是，在亚特兰大接受了红十字会提供的旅馆和几百块钱的饭钱。
我需要选yes吗？

偶现在开车也老实了许多，从不开超过speed limit 5 miles以上
而且在freeway上都离别的车远远的。。。。。。

Just called the court today and they do NOT have a record of my ticket. So I
guess I am off the hook on this one :-)

no way dude, u'll receive the court letter sooner or later...
my case...cop issued the ticket in Jan, and court sent the letter in Mar...
i called in Feb and they can't find the case either...at that time i had the
same feeling as yours lol

mine is 15 mph over limit, and the fine is 234 or 298 with traffic school,
plus 10 if paid online.

i know. it took up to 21 days to show up. In my case, that 21 days dated
back to July 11, and my ticket date is 6/22, and my court date is 15 days
away

Same thing here.
21 days passed by and I went to court twice, the first time the court clerk
told me she was going to send a reminder notice to the issue officer, the
second time I went back, still the ticket wasn't shown on the computer. So
the clerk told me this ticket would be officially dismissed one year after.
That was in pomona court over a year ago, I searched by ticket number and
license number today, it is still not shown. I guess I was lucky.
