Forclosure is easier than short sale. If short sale already get short sale
approval,then it is easy too and you should be able to close as the regular
sale. However, if the short sale is still pending the approval, the closing
time can be from 2-8 months. You might not get it if the seller got
bankrupcy during the short sale processing.
